We provide complete maintenance service to meet customer needs and comply with government regulations.

Maintenance Scope:
Maintenance is provided by licensed professional technicians in accordance with regulatory requirements for the industry and project facilities.
Periodic Maintenance:
  In accordance with national regulations, elevator equipment is to be maintained at least once per month. In addition to completing regular maintenance, Chimax offers 24-hour maintenance services.
Maintenance Contract:
For the provision of elevator maintenance by the customer service department, customer service technicians provide maintenance services and conduct lift performance and security system function testing:
The company is responsible for providing yearly testing to obtain security certification.
The company is responsible for providing product liability insurance.
Maintenance SOP Description
Planned maintenance is in accordance with the original maintenance implementation schedule。Each month professional service technicians are sent to the elevator site. After maintenance completion,they fill out two copies of the elevator maintenance record sheet, which the building administrator or attendant must sign for confirmation. One copy is for inspection and the other copy is left with the company to be submitted with the application for the yearly safety certification. On-site improvements and repairs are carried out according to the building situation. In the event of a sudden failure when the elevator is in use, we provide 24-hour service on standby. Whenever you call the service line there will be a service representative to assist you and a technician will quickly arrive at the scene to resolve the issue. All is included upon signing the maintenance contract with the company, supplying the best value on components and service for the price. If an elevator should encounter the same malfunction twice,the customer service supervisor and quality assurance representative will immediately be assigned to track the repair progress in order to supervise finding the cause of the malfunction in the shortest time and assessing solutions for rapid troubleshooting. The elevator would then be tracked long term to prevent such malfunctions from recurring. In accordance with national regulations: Elevator equipment is to be maintained monthly, and 24-hour service and repair service is provided.
